Domestic Shipping (India)

Atyanta Jewels offers free shipping on all orders within India.

• Processing Time: All of our jewellery is made to order. The typical time from order to delivery is 21 days, though this may vary depending on the complexity of the design. Any changes to the delivery timeline will be communicated in advance.

• Shipping Time for Available Stock: For items that are in stock, shipping within metro cities takes 24-48 hours.

• Order Processing: All shipments are processed once full payment is received.

• Order Confirmation: You will be notified once your order has been shipped. In the rare event of any delays or changes, we will inform you promptly.

• Delivery Special Requests: We understand that jewellery is often given for special occasions or as a surprise. Please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

• Identity Verification: For logistics and insurance purposes, we may request identity proof from the person who will be receiving the parcel. The parcel will only be handed over to the designated recipient.

• Insurance: All items are insured during transit. In the unlikely event of a shipment being tampered with or lost, please report it to us immediately.

• Returned Shipments: If you wish to return a product, we charge a nominal shipping fee of 2% of the product price or the actual shipping cost (whichever is lower).

International Shipping

• Transit Time: International shipments typically take 7-10 working days.

• Product Manufacturing Time: For new products, we require 3 weeks to manufacture.

• Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once the product is sold and delivered, it is not serviceable.

• Security and Insurance: All international packages are secured and insured.

• Shipping Partners: We ship internationally via DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.

• Customs Duty: Customs duties are calculated according to the destination country.
